Sugarfree Candied Pecans

1 pound pecans

2 egg whites

1 cup granulated Splenda

 pinch of salt

 1 stick of butter

Roast pecans for 10 minutes at 275 degrees

Mix egg whites, Splenda, and salt with spoon or wisk

Pour nuts in mixture and stir til coated

Increase heat to 325 degrees

Melt 1 stick of butter in pan

Pour nuts in pan

Bake for 30 minutes and stir every 10 minutes

You can use 1 cup sugar instead of Splenda if you want regular candied pecans.
