Suger Free Snacks

You will need 12 large mushrooms, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 small red onion chopped, 1 teaspoon dill, 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yoghurt, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop mushroom stem, leaving caps whole. Over high heat combine 1 tablespoon lemon juice with 1 quart water. Bring to a boil. Add mushroom caps and cook until tender. Transfer to a bowl filled with ice water. Drain and pat dry. Combine red onion, dill, yogurt and mustard. Evenly divide filling among mushroom caps. Welcome to!
