Summer Salad

This is an easy recipe, delicious and nutritious that may accompany any meat. The recipe is for 5 or 6 people: approx.

It’s called SUMMER SALAD and needs:

2 avocados
½ bottle of tomato sauce
2 boiled eggs and chopped into small squares
2 boiled eggs and sliced
¼ lettuce cut into thin strips
1 cucumber peeled and sliced thin
½ teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

Chop the avocado into small squares and mix well with the tomato sauce, chopped eggs in boxes, the pepper, salt and oil.
Place the lettuce on the center of a salad plate and in the center serve the avocado mixe it. Garnish with some cucumber and sliced egg.
If you wish, cucumber and lettuce may have been sprayed before with a little vinegar and salt for added flavor.
