Sun-Dried Tomato & Chicken Soup

Servings:
(Makes 6 to 8 servings)

Ingredients
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 (32-ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (10-ounce) jar Classico Creations Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce and Spread
1 (9-ounce) package fully cooked chicken breast strips
1 (5-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
Salt and pepper

Directions:
In large pot, cook and stir onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken broth, sun-dried tomato sauce and chicken; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add spinach and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more or just until spinach is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
