Hi all,
I picked alot of marrows out of the garden this afternoon with the children and now i am stumped on what to do with them!!
has anyone got any good recipes for soups, chutneys or anything i can do with them as it will be a big shame to see them go to waste!!
also, the marrows have gone a bit orange! is this normal and are they still ok to eat??

I have a question. I never heard of marrow other then bone marrow. What is marrow?
A marrow is a green summer squash similar to a zucchini or courgette.
