  1. Ebooks are a good idea reduces the number of books one wants to store and decreases dust accumulation. I do prefer hardcopies of things especially recipes so an ebook that you can print from is a great feature but so far unless an ebook is a pfd file there is no way to print from most readers. I have Kindle for PC and there is no print feature available from ebooks downloaded to the program. They are working on a newversion and possibly put in a print feature in the new version, until then my PC won’t be going into the kitchen.
  2. some books I would want to see are frugel recipes; recipes that don’t use alot of processed foods like canned soups more from scratch types; gluten free, dairy free; Crock Pot recipes; pressure cooker recipes.

General-covering all types of foods, lo cal desserts, healthy inexpensive easy meals, ethnic, bbq ideas

You can never have enough cook books, I do like the tried and proven recipes. I love to cook all types of foods, Italian, Mexican, etc.

  1. I like the idea
  2. I would be interested in revamped recipes of old time comfort foods.

Sounds like a great idea. I do not have a computer in my Kitchen so like someone else said coping them would be a cost for me…

I would like to see more restaruants recipes. Like Jack in the box their sauces , schlotzsky’s, etc

I love that idea. I like Mexican cookbooks, pastas, comfort foods, desserts, baking anything really.

  1. I love ebooks. The only reason I get paper cookbooks is because not all books comes as an ebook.

  2. I am one of the lucky people who love all cuisines.

I love ebooks, but do not have the means or the money to pay for ones. I would like to see small ebooks that are put together for specific meals with all the recipes put in the book. Ones for holidays or something would be nice.

  1. There are never too many cookbooks, so I like the idea.
  2. Recipes from different geographic areas are always nice, as broad or as narrow as you like, anything works - from as general as New England Traditional Recipes to as specific as South Boston Specialties.

sounds like winner. would be interested

I think it’s a wonderful idea, can’t wait for the first one, I would still like the opportunity of having the actual bounded copy. I’m so glad someone finally started this I’m a mother of 5 children and too be able too get the meals we love too eat out at home which is more sanitary, healthier, cheaper, and we get too reinvent the left overs!! i was wanting a recipe for Danny’s fried chicken and there’s a resteraunt in Morgan City, LA they have what they call a dragon roll, I can see that it has finely minced broccoli, carrots, onions, and there’s some other ingredients that I can’t figure it out, the filling is wrapped around a leg of imitation crab meat, then wrapped in a wonton wrapper in the form of a egg roll, then they slice them into three quater inch chunks. If I could get the filling recipe the rest is easy they are so good! Can you help me?

Thanks,

$10 a week is too much for me right now. I woulds like to be able to choose the ebook and when to purchase. I am interested in more healthy recipes.

It is a very big yes to both questions. I would love that. Thank you for the idea. Looking forward to it.

I think it would be a good idea thou people would need a printer if wanted to keep something n put in a folder or a 3 ring binder for recipes or maybe if they can keep as a odf file on computer.

I would maybe buy the books but we should get a preview or get to see it all first then if you want a recipe you have to pay or something if that is able to be done. I have cookie books n recipe books n some older ones from parents or recipes written down from grandmas.

  1. Ebooks is the way to go
  2. Lost recipes

Ron,

  1. I like the idea; I am using more & more

  2. I’ve yet to find a cookbook or cooking subject that I don’t like so I’m wide open

Cheers,
Stu

Great ideal but with the economy as is not a lot can afford the price of the book. But so far the recipies are really great and love them.

I think that is a great idea!!!
I would like to see some cookbooks with ideas on substitutions on pantry cooking. You know when you pull out your cookbook and you don’t have all the ingredients, maybe list a few ideas of what you could use instead!

Ethnic cooking

This is a great idea. I have an iPad and many ebooks are in it. Many recipe apps also. I have taken my iPad to the kitchen and used it as my recipe book right at the stove. I am very interested in this. Other than copycat recipes I would be interested in dessert recipes and ideas for dinner for two recipes.

Thanks!
