Swedish Meatballs

2lbs ground hamburger (lean)
1 cup Cornflakes or Special ‘K’ Cereal
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp parsley
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp brown sugar

Sauce:
14oz can jellied cranberries
12 oz jar chilly sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Note: When preparation is finished, this recipe can be frozen before the oven stage. When you are ready to serve the frozen option, heat at 350F for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients together. Form ball shapes the size of a golf ball until all the mixture is all used.
Fry meatballs in a pan with a little oil over medium-high heat. Place cooked meatballs in a casserole dish.

Prepare sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over top of the meatballs in the casserole dish. Put dish in a preheated oven at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
