Half-and-half beaten until frothy and mixed with lemon juice, Chablis and brandy.
4 cups half-and-half
2 cups Chablis
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1/3 cup lemon juice
shredded peel of 1 lemon for garnish
In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat half-and-half until frothy; gradually beat in remaining ingredients except lemon peel until well mixed; pour into chilled stemmed glasses. Lightly sprinkle the shredded lemon peel over the top.
Makes 8 cups or 16 servings.
