Taco Chicken Nuggets
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 chicken breasts
Mix taco seasoning with bread crumbs in a large ziploc bag. Add 2"
pieces of chicken breast( cut from 4 breast halves, pounded slightly).
Shake until coated. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray and arrange
nuggets. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
