4 C. prepared mashed potatoes
2 T. dry taco seasoning
1 C. shredded Mexican cheese blend
Stir the taco seasoning into the hot mashed potatoes and sprinkle
with the cheese. Then place the potatoes into an oven, microwave
or covered on the stove until the cheese melts.
Take the mashed potatoes, seasoning and cheese above and fry in a skillet
until there is some browning. Fry up a flour tortilla and wrap the browned,
spiced, cheesy mashed potatoes in it. Mmmmmmm a Potato Burrito.
