Taco Stuffed Peppers
1 1/2 lb ground meat
1 package taco seasoning
4 large green peppers
lettuce
mexican blend cheese
sour cream
Preheat oven for 350 degrees
Brown ground meat w/taco seasoning. Stuff green pepper 3/4 full with
taco meat. Wrap peppers individually in foil. Bake at 350 degrees until
peppers are tender.
Add all your favorite taco toppings.
