Ok so i made 13 dozen tamales. I wrapped them by the dozen in foil. My question is can i steam them while they are wrapped in foil or do i need to take them out to steam ? Basically it would be 10 times easier for me to steam while they are wrapped if not would i mess up all the hard work i did for the tamales ?
