This is a favorite of my family and it’s quick .
Tater Tot Casserole
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 small onion, chopped
Brown these together and drain well .
Place these ingredients in a 13" X9" baking pan .
Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup and mix well .
Spread out over entire pan surface .
Top this with a medium bag of Tater Tots . ( Can use the ones with or without onions ) .
Top the Tater Tots with about 1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese .
Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 25 minutes .
Serve with a salad and dressing of your choice .
- Cream of Broccoli or Cream of Celery Soup can be substituted .
