TGI Fridays ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

TGI Fridays ROTISSERIE CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

Pulled rotisserie chicken with Italian herb mayo celery, red onions, chopped sea salted almonds, dried cranberries and pickles.
Served on a fresh toasted multigrain bread
with freshly chopped romaine lettuce and vine ripened tomato.

2 slices light bread
1 lettuce leaf
1 tomato slice
1 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 dashes garlic powder
2 ounces cooked and shredded (or finely chopped) skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons sliced almonds, chopped
2 teaspoons sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
Optional: chopped pickles

If you like, lightly toast bread. Top one slice with lettuce and tomato. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, and garlic powder. Mix well. Add all remaining ingredients, and stir to coat. Spoon chicken mixture over tomato, and finish with the other slice of bread.

I love a good chicken salad sandwich. Sounds like a great recipe.

Does look yummy, but…

The directions mention yogurt, which is not in the ingredients list…

you can combine yogurt and mayo - or sour cream and mayo - it’s your preference - I like mayo and sour cream on this

yogurt mentioned. how much?

to taste

It say’s yogurt, but I don’t see yogurt listed in ingredients?

repeat, repeat, repeat…

Who is stupid enough to measure condiments for sandwiches anyway?

Let’s all nit-pik…
