Jalapenos (as many as you want, cut in half lengthwise, seeds and membrane removed)
Bacon (each slice cut in half)
Using your hands, take a piece of cream cheese and press into each jalapeno half, leveling off with your finger. Wrap a piece of bacon around each stuffed jalapeno, making sure that the end is under the jalapeno so it doesn’t come unwrapped during cooking.
Line a jelly roll pan with foil (this makes cleanup a breeze!) and place the stuffed and wrapped jalapenos on it. Bake at 450 until bacon is done and then stand back while the crowd devours them! And oh, make sure to make PLENTY. With the seeds and membranes removed, these are not hot and virtually anyone can (and will) eat them.
