Hashbrown Casserole


  • 1(30 ounce) bag frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes thawed
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 (10-ounce) can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • Salt and Ground pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Combine the potatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream, chicken soup, salt and pepper

  3. Pour mixture into a greased casserole pan (13” X 9”)

  4. Bake uncovered for 30 – 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown

  5. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving
