This is from the Sunrise Cafe at the Palm in Las Vegas
20 ozs. grated Pecorino Romano
2 cups Mayonaise
2 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs chopped parsley
pinch of cayenne
2 1/2 Tbs minced garlic
Dash Tobasco
3 long loaves Italian bread split in half lengthwise
Mix first 7 ingredients then spread on the bread and toast in 325F oven until cheese is bubbly
