I JUST DON’T KNOW WHAT I CAN SAY ENOUGH ABOUT USING THEM !
Got em in the freezer, fridge, and oven. Would’nt even think of deep frying without one.
And for roasting meat ? I was taught to judge meats by touch while cooking, but never can ‘touch’ be as accurate as using a meat thermometer.
Even in making glazes or jellies, nothing beats knowing the termperature you’re at.
I have a whole row of cooking thermometers located just above my most-used-spices rack.
Nothing beats an instant-read-thermometer when roasting !
