We love this in the summertime.
Three Bean Salad
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (10 oz.) cut green beans; drained
1 can (10 oz.) yellow wax beans; drained
1 small can red kidney beans
4 celery stalks; chopped 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium onion; sliced in rings
1 medium green pepper; sliced or chopped
Instructions:
Combine vinegar, sugar,pepper, salad oil and salt well. Add the vegetables; stir well. Refrigerate overnight preferably or chill in refrigerator for several hours.
