Three-Step Country Chicken -CP
2 Tblsp butter or margarine
1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup water
1 pkg Knorr Spring Vegetable Soup and Recipe Mix
2 tblsp flour
1/2 cup sour cream
Brown chicken breasts in butter or margarine over medium-high heat. Transfer to a slow cooker.
In a bowl, stir together water and vegetable soup and recipe mix. Pour over chicken. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Remove chicken to a platter. Stir together flour and sour cream and add to mixture in slow cooker,heating for 15 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken.
