This recipe was created by me.
It was one of those days in between paydays and you want something sweet so you go through your pantry and see what you can come up with, Well this is what I came up with! Hope you all enjoy! this is TNT
~~ Katt’s Pudding and Pineapple Cake ~~
Ingredients
4 snack pack pudding vanilla flavored
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
Mix both above ingred together until well blended with mixer. Set aside
2 cups angel food cake mix
1 cup Flour self rising
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup veg oil
1 egg
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup water
Mix above ingredients together starting with angel food cake mix and ending with water.
After well mixed.
ADD:
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks with a spoon, mix well
Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan .
ADD:
The pudding mixture by dropping by the spoonfuls across the top of cake then swirl slightly throughout
Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
Note:
Where the pudding mixture has been swirled slightly it will be a little soft when the cake is done
This can be frosted but it is great without it.
