Ingredients
2 crumpets
250ml of your favourite plant based milk
20g Toffee Popcorn Soy Isolate (Molly bought hers from MyVegan)
1 Apple
2 tbsp plantbased yogurt (Molly used a Vanilla Almond yogurt)
30g of your favourite granola
0.5 bag vegan Toffee popcorn
2 crushed Biscoff biscuits
10g Freeze dried raspberry pieces
Cinnamon to taste
Method
- Stir the milk and protein powder together
- Dip your crumpets in the mix and allow to soak
- Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown
- Top with apple slices, cinnamon, yogurt, granola, popcorn, Biscoff crumbs, freeze dried raspberries to your liking.
- Dig in and enjoy!
