Pinto beans, turnip greens, cornbread, sliced vidalia onion and milk. Southerners are famous for this meal. It has protein, vegetables, starch, sugar (we always put a Tbsp or two of sugar in the greens) and dairy. My husband always has a glass of buttermilk (yuck!!!) with his dinner. The rest of the family has skim or 2% milk to drink.
