Tony Roma's Ranch Style Beans

Has anyone been able to duplicate the pinto bean recipe that they serve in Tony Roma Restaurants? They are the best beans I have ever eaten. I have looked throughout the internet without success. Thanks for any help.

4 cans baked beans
2 tbs oil
1 onion
1 tsp garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tsp jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
salt & pepper

Sauté spices and veggies. Add beans. Bake until warm.
