Tortilla Chips

I have a package of corn Tortilla’s, and am wondering if it is possible to make cut them into pieces and fry them to make chips. I really like the chips I receive when I eat out at a Mexican restaurant, and was thinking doing it this way might be close.

I make my own chips all the time. I cut the 6 inch corn tortillas into quarters and deep fry them in very hot oil for just a couple of minutes and season them as soon as I take them from the fryer while they are hot. Better than any you can bag in a bag!
