Tropical Salmon

Combine 15-1/2-oz. can sliced peaches (drained and chopped)
8-oz. can pineapple chunks with juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Cook stirring for 1 minute or until mixture thickens. Stir in 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, set aside. Cook six ounces salmon fillets on a non-stick electric grill for 7-11 minutes or until salmon is cooked to desired doneness, turning once. Top salmon with fruit sauce and serve with steamed green beans on the side or vegetable of choice.
