Tupperware Chocolate Almosst Mousse
4 Tablespoons cocoa powder
8 Tablespoons sugar
6 Tablespoons skim milk
2 cups low-fat whipped topping
In a heavy saucepan mix the cocoa powder with the sugar then gradually mix in the milk and cook over medium high heat until bubbly. Cook and stir constantly for 3 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool at least 15 minutes. In a large bowl gently fold the chocolate mixture into 2 cups of low-fat whipped topping. Refrigerate uncovered for 4 hours or overnight.
