Tupperware Chocolate Chip Crispies
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
2 cups corn flakes
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Slowly beat in confectioners sugar.
Fold into egg whites the chocolate chips, coconut and corn flakes.
Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet well coated with non-stick cooking
spray.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
Yield: 3 dozen.
