Vegan Burritos? Yes Please.

This is my first official vegan recipe ever! You can use anything you have on hand so get creative and enjoy life without meat and dairy, I know I am :slight_smile:

1 whole grain tortilla (I used Ezekiel tortillas)
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup cooked beans (I used kidney but you can use anything you have)
2 oz. sauteed tofu
1/4 cup sauteed onions
1/2 cup sauteed zucchini
1 spoonful of sweet corn
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup cubed avocado

  1. Pile everything on top of your tortilla and enjoy!
