Vegetable Tortellini Soup

1 (32 oz) container fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (8 oz) package dried three-cheese tortellini
shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Bring chicken broth and Italian seasoning to a boil in a large saucepan.
Stir in vegetables and tortellini. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until tortellini is tender.

Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.
