For a quick-and-easy taste treat, broil, roast or grill marinated (in a low-carb sauce) cut-up pieces of low-carb veggies such as mushroom caps, fennel, onion, bell pepper, eggplant, radicchio and asparagus. Serve em up in a wrap mwith whole wheat pita bread!
