Veggie Bars

2 (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (1 oz.) env. Ranch style salad dressing mix
–2:–

1 med. sweet red pepper, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. (3 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped broccoli flowerettes
1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms

Unroll dough, place on slightly greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Press edges and perforations together to line bottom. Bake 350 degrees 7-8 minutes. Mix and sprinkle #1 mixture over cooled crust. Sprinkle #2 mixture on top; or each cut 1 1/2 inch square.
