2 tab. olive oil,1 onion chopped, 3 cloves garlic minced,1 pkg,12 oz. frozen all veggie protein crumbles,3/4 cup italian bread crumbs,1/2 cup parmesan grated cheese cheese, 2 tab. parsley, fresh or dryed, 2 whole eggs,saute the onion and garlic in olive oil,drain the oil,save the oil for frying, add all ingridents in bowl, mix with your hand very good,wet your hands. I make them into meat balls with wet hands, fry in olive oil. you can hardly tell them apart from regular beef burgers.my veggie family loves them, you will too.
sounds as good as BOCA BURGERS with the addition of being able to shape them however desired. How long and at what temp would you cook as a meatloaf?:roll:

Hi catherine, I am sorry but I do not know what you mean, by tvp, my kids would know, since they are the veggie eaters, all tho I am the one that makes the boca burgers.but you might mean tofu veggie protein, if it is I never tryed it, I will get back to you, after I talk to my daughter.its worth the try,
