1 pkg. (16-oz.) medium pasta shells
1 jar (24-oz.) marinara sauce
1 pkg. (8-oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup Chianti dry red wine
1 bag (6-oz.) baby spinach
2 Tbsp. cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped basil
2 Tbsp. chopped flat leafed parsley
Preheat the oven to 400*F.
Bring stockpot of water to a boil cook the pasta as per pkg. directions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile combine the marinara sauce, mushrooms and wine in large deep skillet over medium high heat, cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
Pour the pasta into a large baking dish and add the sauce mixture, stirring to combine. Put spinach over the mixture, sprinkle basil over the spinach.
Sprinkle cheese over greens. Place pan in the oven until cheese melts, about 7 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
