Vicky’s Seafood Alfredo Fettucini
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 8oz. block cream cheese, softened & cubed
1 pkg. KNORR Garlic Herb Sauce Mix
1/2 cup fresh grated or shredded parmesan & romano cheese
1 12oz. pkg. shrimp w/o shells or tails
3/4 lb. fettucini noodles
1 12-16 oz. pkg. crabmeat, cubed
1 small can minced clams with juice
1 cup fresh broccoli crowns
Cook broccoli crowns in glass bowl in microwave until tender crisp (approx. 1 minute-then set aside). In a medium saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Add milk and cubed cream cheese, stir constantly until melted. Add KNORR mix and fresh parmesan & romano cheese. Heat & stir until sauce starts to bubble. Add shrimp, crabmeat, clams (with juice) and broccoli crowns until heated thoroughly. Cover and set aside on stove.
Cook fettucini noodles in separate large saucepan until al dente. Pour sauce over noodles and sprinkle with fresh grated or shredded parmesan & romano cheese.
Serve with garlic bread and side salad. (Tastes even better the following day!) ENJOY!!![/b]
