1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp celery, finely diced
2 Tbsp red apple, finely diced (peel left on)
1 Tbsp onion, finely grated (pulp and juice)
1/4 tsp paprika
Mix mayonnaise, celery, apple, onion and paprika well. Allow to stand an hour or more in the fridge before serving to allow flavors to blend.
