Want to take a Quiche Pie recipe and convert to mini quiche

I have the following recipe (which is by the way really good and easy to make). What I would like to do, is somehow make it with using a mini muffin pans if possible. Any help will be much appreciated.

SPRING VEGETABLE QUICHE

4 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 package Knorr® Spring Vegetable recipe mix
9-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350°.

Beat eggs in large bowl with wire whisk. Beat in milk, cheese, spinach and Knorr® Spring Vegetable recipe mix. Pour into pie crust.

Arrange pie on baking sheet and bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

Thank you for your advice, which I am going to definetly take. One more question, what did you mean about filling w/water. Am I suppose to take a large baking sheet fill with water and bake the mini muffin tins on the baking sheet?

Re-read KW’s post. You put water in any muffin tins that you have not filled with quiche mixture.
