I am looking for a recipe that uses cod or walleye fillets chopped with hash browns, onion, eggs, corn starch, paprika. There are more ingredients but I need a recipe. I think they have cheese also.
Thank You. I did not know that cakes and balls can be made with the same recipe. I know the recipe I am looking for uses fresh hash browns and raw fish so the portion should be the same as using cooked. I will try these, using ritz recipe and adding green peppers and seasoning. I am also trying a beer batter to dip the balls. I am wondering if I should cool the balls for firmness before Ritz or batter?
