1 package small frozen pastry shells
¼ pound ripe brie cheese
1 ripe pear, finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh thyme or lavender, minced
2 tablespoons honey
Fill shells with a slice of Brie and then pear.
Sprinkle a little thyme or lavender on each and drizzle lightly with honey.
Place on a lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375° oven for 7-8 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.
