My husband is watching his cholesterol and his triglycerides so cooking has been a challenge lately! Thanks to Kitchen Witch for posting some good WW recipes that have helped. We have tried the Chocolate Pot de Creme–very delicious, didn’t even know it wasn’t full fat/sugar! The chocolate raspberry milkshake is also good but; as stated, a large serving for one. The oven-fried sesame chicken was good but could get a little dry if you don’t watch it while cooking. The WW brococoli casserole was also good. We also enjoyed the oven fried potatoes and tonight the WW chicken noodle soup. That was a big surprise with lots of flavor even though I used all boneless chicken breasts. Thanks for the good recipes that are good for us!
