I joined WW 1/01/04 lost 25 lbs total, also quit smoking and drinking 1/01/05 and run on the treadmill.
I think it’s great that you lost 25 pounds i have been on WW since 1/05 but have only managed to lose 8 pounds. What’s the secret?
I have also been on WW since 1/05 and have only lost 10.2 pounds but I am losing inches (clothes are getting loser). Eating right didn’t do it for me I had to purchase a pedometer and start walking (10,000 steps a day) and now between WW eating and walking I see a difference.
