Can you please tell me what chicken base is? I am Canadian and have not heard that before. Is it the same as boullion? Thanks for the help
Please make sure there is no MSG added into the chicken base while you purchase from hypermarkets or grocery stores. Since a lot of this mass production bottle or box or packet chicken base are mixed with MSG in it.
If you are going for better natural chicken base, would suggest you to try out to use chicken frame and boil it in the water for couple of hours and use the soup for cooking any dish they you want to have chicken flavor.
