White chocolate Macadamia Cookies
1/2 cup butter softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 jar macadamia nut 3 1/2 oz, chopped
1 cup vanilla chips
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine
flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and
chips.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks
to cool.
Yield: 4 dozen
