White Chocolate Macaroons

1 (18 oz) pkg. refrigerated white chocolate chunk cookies
2 1/4 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. coconut extract

Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add all the remaining ingredients; mix well.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets.

Makes 30 cookies
