White Chocolate Mousse Cake

2 (3-ounce.)packages cake like ladyfingers,split
3/4 cup milk
30 large marshmallows
6 (1 oz)squares white baking chocolate
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 recipe strawberry sauce
(recipe follows)
garnish,Chocolate dipped strawberries

Line bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with ladyfingers,set aside

In a heavy saucepan,combine milk,marshmallows,and chocolate.Cook over low heat,stirring constantly,until smooth.Remove from heat.Cool for 20 minutes.

Beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.Gently
fold into cooled chocolste mixture.

Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan.Cover and chill for at least 4
hours.Serve with strawberry sauce.

Garnish with chocolate-dipped strawberries,if desired

Strawberry Sauce

Makes 1 1/2 cups

1 (10-oz.) package frozen sliced strawberries,thawed 2 tsp.cornstarch 1/2
cup light corn syrup 1 tsp.fresh lemon juice

In a small saucepan,combine all ingredients.Cook over medium heat on stove
top,stirring constantly,until mixture boils.Boil for 1 minute,stirring
constantly.Remove from heat,cool before serving.
