White Clam Sauce

This recipe was posted 8/10/05 by Aline. I meant to review it before as we have had it twice, once with white wine and once with red wine. It is really good. If you like clams, you would probably like it. Both time we had it served over wide egg noodles. It was good each time. It would be hard to say which was better (I liked both) but my family preferred the red wine version. Or you can make without wine as it is optional. Definitely worth making again (and again…).
