White Wine Dressing

2 tsp. orange zest, finely minced
3 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. tamari
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. brown sugar
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk before using.
