3 ripe Avocados, pitted & peeled
2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
1/3 red onion, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice (to taste)
1 package Guacamole mix (usually Wal-mart carries it in the produce section)
Mix ingredients well in mixing bowl until
Serve with a bag of your favorite corn chips.
Dip, and enjoy!
Store covered in refrigerator. Dip will change color as it stays in the fridge. This does not necessarily mean that it has gone bad. Avocado tends to darken after peeled. Dip will stay good for 5-7 days.
