Would like recipe for BBQ Sauces and Rubs

I am interested in the following recipes: Carolina BBQ Sauce (Low Country)
This sauce has a vinegar-red pepper base to it. Memphis-Style type Rub is another favorite for me. Kansas City is another favorite sauce for me as well.
I hope that you all can help me out. I’m just opening up a new resturant in my area and there are no good BBQ Joints in OHIO. All other types of recipes are welcomed. Thanks: Chef Danny D.

Here is one Caraolina Low Country Sauce,

Low-Country Barbecue Sauce

1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 red pepper pod

Process tomatoes through a food mill or pulse several times in a food processor. Saute’ onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. Stir in tomatoes, vinegar, and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard garlic and red pepper pod. Serve sauce over sliced pork.
