Yogurt Hummus
Dip
1/2 lb Cooked Chick Peas
1 cup Plain Yogurt
2 tbs Olive Oil
2 tbs Chopped Mint
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor with metal blade. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve cold, garnish with a sprig of mint. Dip with warm pita bread.
